B.S.R.S. ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

The following requirements must be met by candidates to be considered for admission.

The student must:

Meet all Midwestern State University admission requirements.  Click here for MSU admission requirements.

Have an overall post-secondary GPA of 2.0 or higher.

Be certified by the ARRT,  NMTCB, or be a second year student in an accredited program in the Radiologic Sciences.

File a completed immunization record with the Vinson Health Center before the end of the first semester of enrollment with MSU.

Have reliable Internet access and a working e-mail address.

Submit a signed copy of the THEA Requirements Form for distance education students.  Click here for the THEA requirements form.

Submit all materials outlined on the Program Information Page to the MSU BSRS Program.  Click here to go to the BSRS Program Checklist Page.

Individuals applying to the Radiologist Assistant Program must meet these and additional requirements listed on the RA Program website.  Admission to the RA Program is limited and competitive.
