![]() Martin Hall – Home for Health and Public Administration at MSU A Note from the Chair, Dr. Kirk Harlow: The Faculty and Staff of the Department of Health and Public Administration extend a warm welcome to you, and are delighted to help you pursue your academic and professional career. Masters in Health Administration (MHA) Under the MHA program, classes have scheduled face-to-face meetings at the beginning and at the end of the fall and spring semesters. All students are required to attend these meetings. The remaining class activities for HSA courses are conducted on line. For more program information, go to: Master of Health Administration Masters in Public Administration (MPA) The Master of Public Administration curriculum offers tracks in General Studies, Administration of Justice, Health Administration, as well as a Thesis option. The MPA is a fully on-line program except for courses taken in health administration. Health Administration classes have scheduled face-to-face meetings at the beginning and at the end of the fall and spring semesters. Scholarships There are a limited number of graduate assistantships and graduate merit scholarships available to our students. These are highly competitive, so applicants who wish to be considered should apply early. Applications for these scholarships can be found at: Link to Scholarships International students At this time, International students may only attend the MHA program. International students must attend additional face-to-face classes throughout the semester. These sessions have been developed to enable international students to meet their visa requirements.
